Drop in for our yoga class every other weekend at 12:00 noon (check calendar for exact times and dates) at our Troy location.
We will balance our classes each week between gentle, mindful Hatha yoga combining breath and movement and Yin yoga, a grounded, slower practice holding the poses a little longer to get into the connective tissues, guided by our instructors Kim Somsky and Lucy Sternburgh
All abilities and levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
No reservation needed, you can drop into these classes when they are available.
