Zen DA Group
This is a sangha support group for those who live with depression and anxiety. We will gather as a group to share and discuss our challenges and ways to help manage and overcome these challenges in our daily lives through zen practices in a positive and engaging way.
Our group starts with a series of affirmations related to managing our depression and anxiety, followed by a short meditation and a reading presented by one of the group facilitators. We then spend time discussing how the topic relates to our daily lives.
This group meets every other Saturday at 12:30 (check calendar for dates to be sure).
This group is in no way intended to replace professional therapy, and none of our group are licensed therapists.
