Join us for our regular Sunday morning service. We will start with the bell of silence, the bell for all sattva, short service including traditional chanting (the Three Treasures in Pali), the reading of the Heart Sutra in English, followed by a 20 minute period of zazen meditation and a dharma talk. Sunday 10:00 am- 11:00 amWeekly Meditation
Part of our regular practice is being able to sit and quiet our minds so we can have an opportunity to see what is arising moment by moment throughout our regular day. Our weekday mediation is 30 minutes in length and is a combination of silent meditation (about 15 minutes) and guided meditation (about 15 minutes). We have cushions and mats you can use at the center. Please dress comfortably and casually.

Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)
Join us each Saturday as we walk together through Stage Nature Center. Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) is a great way to reconnect with nature, fellow sangha members and the various animals that live in the forest. We meet at the entrance near the parking lot at 10:30 am (sharp) and begin our walk (1 or 2 loops). The trail is well kept and easy to moderate for hiking.
