Dharma Gate Zen offers teaching, classes, and programs centered on building awareness and mindfulness, for people of all backgrounds. Founded on the traditional teachings of Zen as transmitted from generation to generation by traditional teachers, we are a community focused organization that provides a place to learn about, and celebrate, Zen Buddhist culture.
Our focus is on contemporary, approachable, applicable forms of Western Zen practice. We provide classes, retreats, Zen Buddhist services and holidays and a variety of opportunities to find balance and community. Dharma Gate Zen is a Non-Profit (501c3) Zen Center in Michigan, located in Troy, Michigan.
